  • Where do they take place?
These sessions take place online over Google Meet. Once you have booked in your timeslot, you will be sent a link to join the meeting.

  • How do I book the hour slot?
Once purchased, you will be sent an email containing a booking link to book in your hour slot. Note, slots must be booked within 12 months of purchase and are non-refundable beyond this time.

  • What if I have lots of things I need help with? How do I pick what to start with?
No worries! It's best to focus on one or two things at a time, so I am happy to discuss with you beforehand to help you identify which area to focus on initially. During the Power Hour, we’ll also work together to identify the key areas where you may need ongoing support.

  • Do I need to prepare anything for the session?
Just come with an open mind and be ready to discuss your business. I’ll guide you through the rest and will complete an Action Plan for you so you know exactly what you need to do next

  • Can I do more than one Power Hour? I need lots of help!
Absolutely! You can add as many hours as you'd like to your basket.

  • Are these for wedding cakes or celebration cakes?
There are two separate Collections for purchase. One that covers Wedding Cake enquiries and one that is for Celebration Cakes. I have found that these require very different communication styles and talking points so have separated them into their own collections. However, if you sell both wedding and celebration cakes you cake buy both collections as a bundle and save over 25%!

  • How customisable are these email templates?
Our templates are fully customisable. You can easily adjust the wording to fit your own voice and specific needs. Obvious things that need editing can be found in bold, so you can easily idenfity what will need to be changed each email.

  • Do I need any special software to use the templates?
No, the templates are provided in a word document, so that they are easy to edit, save and copy over to any email provider.

  • What if I’m not very tech-savvy? Are these templates easy to use?
Absolutely! The templates are designed to be user-friendly and come with clear instructions. You simply copy and paste the text into your email, make any desired edits, and send it off.

  • Are there templates for different scenarios, like sending invoices and organising delivery?
Yes, we’ve included templates for a variety of common scenarios, including confirming bookings, organising delivery of the cake, requesting reviews and more. This ensures you’re prepared for any situation. If there is a particular senario you'd love to see added, just email and I'll add it to the template - free of charge!

  • How soon will I receive the templates after purchase?
