- Where do the Power Hours take place?
These sessions take place online over Google Meet. Once you have booked in your timeslot, you will be sent a link to join the meeting.
- What is Voxer support and how does it work?
Voxer is a free voice and text messaging app. You can message me anytime during Mon–Fri hours with questions, wins, or wobble moments — and I’ll reply with coaching and support.
- What can we cover in just one hour?
More than you think! We’ll focus in on one key area (like pricing, content creation, or client messaging) and make a plan you can take action on straight away.
- I’m nervous I won’t know what to say.
Totally normal! I’ll guide the session so you’re never stuck — and you’ll get a pre-call form to help you get clear on what we’re focusing on.
- Can I upgrade to 3 or 6 month coaching afterwards?
Yes, of course — and if you do it within a week of your original Power Hour, your payment can be credited towards a longer package.
- How do I book the hour slot?
Once purchased, you will be sent an email containing a booking link to book in your hour slot. Note, single hour slots must be booked within 3 months of purchase and are non-refundable beyond this time.
- What if I have lots of things I need help with? How do I pick what to start with?
No worries! It's best to focus on one or two things at a time, so I am happy to discuss with you beforehand to help you identify which area to focus on initially. During the Power Hour, we’ll also work together to identify the key areas where you may need ongoing support.
- Do I need to prepare anything for the session?
Just come with an open mind and be ready to discuss your business. I’ll guide you through the rest and will complete an Action Plan for you, so you know exactly what you need to do next.
